Tobin was the second host of the Dax Symbiont. He had many mischievous children. He couldn’t discipline any of them. He was a vegetarian, who was known to bite his nails. Tobin once tried to learn botany, but wasn’t skilled in it. He was the only Dax host to make an attempt at this.
